In Buddhist philosophy, "Adhara" designates a metaphysical concept describing a Being that has accepted its multiplicities and reached beyond them.

A Being.

In this case : A woman. One woman.

Yet all women.

A woman for whom change and acceptance are vital. A woman who mourns her father, journeying to feel whole again.

The « Adhara » concept is weaved around the idea that we construct our « self » through an architectural canvas that gathers mental, sensorial, and intimate processes. It sets us travelling beyond our prides, selfishnesses and fantasies in the hope to reach the mirror, a crude and sincere self-reflexion that allows oneself to dream of a wholesome being whom would be able to be objective on how he/she reflects on one’s life.

Adhara combines five different emotional and psychic stages linked to this complex process.

Accepting chaos.

Accepting reality as it is.

Accepting our losses our mournings our grief.

Denial. Anger. Bargaining. Depression.

Acceptance.

Adhara is an invitation to share this moment where mourning allows us to discover our own desire to live, expand, and go further.

Adhara is an invitation to gather, feel, share, live, expend, go further.

Together.
